How to run the patch:
1. Install the patch in your "Pro Evolution Soccer 2012" folder (usually "C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2012", and if you haven't changed anything while installing PES it's enough just clicking the "Next")
2. Adjust settings to suit you (UEFA EURO 2012 Settings)
3. Start the game via a shortcut on your desktop (UEFA EURO 2012, UEFA EURO 2012 Total Football Gameplay)
